So it’s been a few months since we started our new diet. I’m happy to report Jonathan’s down about 32 pounds and I’m down 12! We aren’t sticking to it 100% of the time, but we’re making smarter choices by choosing fresh food and avoiding the packaged/processed stuff.
It’s difficult during the holidays to cut out all of the goodies, but we’re just being a little more choosey. Sure, I’ll havea cookie and enjoy it, and then have some fresh fruit, like grapefruit.
How are you handling the holiday treat overload, especially when it’s found everywhere – work, social gatherings, etc.? Any advice?
