With some of us “springing ahead” our clocks this weekend, it seems we’re still playing catch-up, especially with our sleep. Just ask our one-year-old daughter. (I think we’re finally back on track tonight. Whew. Those were some late nights.)
It got me thinking about time overall.
As a teenager, I wanted time to fly by. Graduate high school, go to college and find a job.
Now, when did my daughter start to walk? Wasn’t I just holding her in my arms and supporting her little head? And when did I start approaching my mid-30s?
Before I know it, I’ll see my daughter graduate high school, go to college and find a job.
The way you spend your time also says a lot about your priorities.
My point? (Finally, right?)
I’ll sum it up in this quote: “The bad news is time flies. The good news is you’re the pilot.” – Michael Altshuler
